Fitness Journey

For me, like many others, fitness is an essential part of my everyday life and routine. Starting at a young age I played various sports including football, baseball, and track. Even though my athletic career ended for many of these sports my active lifestyle did not. Fitness has influenced my life in many positive aspects, physically and mentally. The benefits of physical fitness are plentiful, and I have seen these positives attributes play out in my life. Through this outlet, I believe I could influence people to start living a healthier lifestyle by supplying them with both information and motivation. I plan to track my progress weekly on this page through pictures and videos. I will also record clips of various workouts I do and post them with descriptions of the workout. Ideas that I plan on incorporating into a couple of the unit projects are unit one, demonstrate a variety of workouts through photographs and show how they are properly performed at each individual stage until the workout is finished. For my other unit, I plan on doing a video and filming workouts to demonstrate each exercise as well as show what my workout routine consists of.
